Huge adopt sheet OPEN updated

Hey guys! I made a huge ass adopt sheet with a Inktober prompt sheet! It took me two days and I really tried my best when making this! So lets get started with rules and move onto prices! Please read everyone and double check before you ask to buy one! But anyways let's move onto rules~
 RULES 
PLEASE TELL ME WHO YOU RESELL THE ADOPT TO. I MUST KNOW WHO SO I CAN PUT THEM AS THE OWNER.
You CANNOT trade or give these away! If you're gifting it to a friend please say so so I can put THEM as the owner!
DO NOT steal any of these adopts!
Please try not to change them up too much ^^ 
Once again these adopts CANNOT be resold or traded! If you no longer want the adopt return them to me and I'll put them back up for sale!
Refunds do NOT count after a month! If you return the adopt a month later you will NOT get a refund!
Do not ask another user if you could buy their adopt! First come first serve!  
IF I CATCH YOU BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES THE ADOPT WILL BE TAKEN BACK AND RESOLD.
You must send the points within 24 hours! 
You MUST agree to all these rules before you can adopt one! 
If I find you're a user on my black list I have all rights to take the adopts back, with or without a refund depending on who you are.
